Phorpbarmey Phan
After completing my studies with a Master’s degree in Public Law at the Royal University of Law and Economics, in Phnom Penh, I gained more than 10 years of experience working with community based and civil society organisations, as well as networks of NGOs, focusing on capacity building, planning and advocacy. As such, I implemented programmes meant to strengthen networking and help these organisations make their common voice heard, in order to achieve results.
