Head of Program

Before joining the API team in 2009, I worked for other NGOs, including in the sector of HIV/AIDS education and care and in eliminating discrimination against women. At API, I have managed more than 10 projects so far, some of which with budgets of up to 2 million USD, including two EU funded projects. I am a member of the management committee, and I have been representing API in NGO networks such as the Access to Information Working Group (A2IWG), the Budget Working Group (BWG), or the Coordination Committee for Cambodia (CCC). I hold an MBA from the National University of Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
