I started working with API in January 2020 on the project called One Window For Citizens (OW4C), based in Battambang. Before that, I worked for Plan International Cambodia around 10 years with the main tasks of community empowerment and development, specifically on advocacy and capacity building. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine from the Prek Leap National School of Agriculture.
