On April 1, 2021, our Senior Programme Manager, Mr. Phorp-Barmey Phan, took part in a live talk-show under the title Access to Information: Possibilities and Obstaclesoandordquo;, which was broadcast by the Cambodian Centre for Human Rights (CCHR) on this organisationoandorsquo;sFacebook page and by their radio station. The other two talk-show guests were H.E. Sophorn Meas, Undersecretary of State and Spokesman of the Ministry of Information, and Ms. Danita Don, Law student. Mr. Phan emphasised the urgent need for an access to information law, a requirement embraced by most of Cambodiaoandorsquo;s civil society.
